We will not issue refunds after this date unless there are special circumstances to consider.
Fee For Switching to Virtual or In-Person
* There will be a $25 switch fee to switch from In-Person to Virtual or Virtual to In-Person beginning July 20, 2026.
Accommodations
To request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility, you must contact us at info@mhheroes.com by July 22, 2026 to ensure proper accommodation arrangements are made. The registration process also includes the ability to indicate any accommodations needed.
